Kit began making jewelry in 1997. Her husband, Ron Scholefield, an art director with a keen eye for design, inspired her to start making jewelry and accessories for weddings. He encouraged her to keep improving herself in jewelry making, floral design and ultimately to become a wedding planner. 

After living in LA and then establishing a residence in both Hong Kong and Hawaii, she was inspired to create a line of wedding accessories and bride bouquets. Kit's crazy about weddings, she loves everything about them and will help all her brides to create their own dream wedding.
